YOUR CHALLENGE

We are looking for a flexible and highly motivated person who will deal with Purchasing Team. In this position, you functionally report to the Head of Production and Logistic Department. Your tasks and responsibilities will include the following:

• Management of purchasing orders based on MRP Requirement
• Negotiation skills
• Follow up of the purchasing orders
• Update inventory and ensure that stock levels are kept at appropriate levels
• Negotiate terms of agreements to achieve the best deal for our company
• Ensure the timely delivery of products and compliance with the contracts of purchase
• Maintain regular communication with the Production Team to finalise and confirm the weekly production schedule based on customer requirements and available material stocks
• Management of the SAP material master

YOUR BACKGROUND

• High school or university diploma
• Good knowledge of English language
• Good SAP knowledge
• Excellent MS Excel skills
• Ability to work across multiple teams and projects
