About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior System Engineer to join our IT infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, implementing, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise Microsoft environments, with a focus on reliability, security, and performance.
You will be responsible for supporting complex IT infrastructures, leading technical projects, and providing advanced expertise across Microsoft platforms, cloud services, and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise Microsoft infrastructures.
• Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (2016/2025).
• Administer and optimize Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP.
• Manage Microsoft 365 environments.
• Manage virtualization platforms such Nutanix, VMware vSphere.
• Design and maintain backup, disaster recovery.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide advanced technical support.
• Participate in migration projects, system upgrades, and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Mentor junior system engineers and provide technical leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a System Engineer in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of:
  - Microsoft Windows Server administration
  - Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) / GPO
  - Microsoft 365 administration and Entra ID
  - PowerShell scripting and automation
• Experience with:
  - Server virtualization (VMware vSphere / Hyper-V)
  - Backup solutions (Veeam)
  - Enterprise networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, Firewalls)
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• Good written and spoken English skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with hybrid environments (On-Premises + Cloud).
• Experience working in international environments.
